Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within the United States only.
We’re always exploring ways to expand, so international shipping may be available in the future.

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are made to order and ship within 2–7 business days after your purchase is placed.

Each item is carefully prepared to ensure quality and attention to detail before it leaves our studio. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly extended, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Because our items are made to order through a print-on-demand process, all sales are final.

What if my item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing error?

If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, we’re happy to help.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund as appropriate.

Personalize Photo Magnet Questions

How do I send you my photo after I order?

After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Simply reply to that email with the photo you’d like printed on your magnet. Production begins once we receive your image.

What size photo should I send?

For best results, use a high-resolution photo with good lighting and focus. Square or centered images work best for our 2×2 magnets. If your image needs adjusting, we’ll let you know!

Can I send multiple photos?

Yes! Please reply to your order confirmation email with one photo per magnet ordered. For multiple magnets, upload all your images together in one reply.

When will my magnets ship?

Production time is typically 2–4 business days after we receive your photo. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order goes out. Shipping upgrades affect delivery time only — they don’t speed up production.

What if I need my order by a certain date?

If you’re on a deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm we can meet that date.

What if I forget to send a photo?

No problem — we’ll message you through Shopify or the email on your order to request the photo before we begin production.
